Meet and run with fellow runners. Every Wednesday evening at 7:00 PM, and Saturday morning at 8:00am. Both runs leave from the The Running Company, rain or shine. Easy, social, short runs at your pace through downtown Oakville. Simply show up ready to run. It's Free. It's Fun. And it's a great way to meet others who have discovered the joy of running.
